Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3–4 business days after shipment

  • Shipping fee: $10 per order

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $10

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@bbabyb.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist, but we are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the order has shipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
